In an era where fast food dominates lifestyles and health concerns are on the rise, Chef Sahajan stands out as a culinary expert who is redefining the way people look at food. With over 22 years of experience, he has dedicated his journey to blending the wisdom of Ayurveda and naturopathy with modern culinary techniques

Currently associated with Naad Wellness in Delhi NCR, Chef Sahajan has become a recognized name in the world of wellness cuisine. His approach is simple yet powerful—food should not only satisfy hunger but also heal the body. This philosophy reflects deeply in every dish he creates.

Trained at IHM Bhubaneswar, Chef Sahajan began his career with a strong foundation in classical culinary arts. Over the years, he has worked with renowned organizations such as Ayushakti Ayurveda, Time Food, Global Spa Magazine, and Traveldine, gaining diverse exposure and refining his expertise in therapeutic cooking

What truly sets Chef Sahajan apart is his specialization in millet-based cuisine. At a time when millets are making a global comeback, he has already spent years innovating with grains like ragi, bajra, jowar, foxtail, kodo, and barnyard millet. His recipes are thoughtfully designed to be gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, and beneficial for gut health—making them ideal for today’s health-conscious audience.

His contributions have not gone unnoticed. In 2025, Chef Sahajan had the honor of being recognized at the prestigious Rashtrapati Bhavan, marking a proud moment in his career. He is also a recipient of the Best Wellness Cuisine Award by Global Spa Magazine in 2022. His talent has earned him Silver Medals at Culinary Art India in 2018 and 2019, along with a Bronze Medal at the SICA Culinary Competition for Ayurvedic cuisine.

Beyond awards, Chef Sahajan serves as a Health & Wellbeing Ambassador with the IHW Council, where he continues to promote the importance of mindful eating and holistic living.

For Chef Sahajan, cooking is not just a profession—it is a mission. A mission to bring back traditional Indian food wisdom, to educate people about the healing power of ingredients, and to inspire healthier lifestyles through simple, sustainable, and delicious meals.

As the world moves towards conscious eating, Chef Sahajan’s work serves as a reminder that the future of food lies in the roots of tradition.
