Ingredients

  1. Ghee – 4 teaspoons.
  2. Finger millets flour – 100 gm.
  3. Raisins – 10 numbers.
  4. Almonds – 8 numbers.
  5. Water – 300 ml.
  6. Jaggery – 100 gm.
  7. whole garam masala (Cinnamon Stick, Cardamom, Bay leave, Clove)
  8. Cardamom powder – 2 pinch.
  9. Green cinnamon Powder A pinch.

Method:

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add finger millets flour and roast it.
  • To it add raisins, almonds, roast it for 1 minutes.
  • Keep ready the prepared Syrup (Boil water in a pan and add jaggery, whole garam masala and boil it to make syrup).
  • Add this syrup, cardamom powder And Cinnamon to above finger millet mixture pan and mix nicely.
  • Cook it for 3-4 minutes, by stirring so that it forms a nice single mass. Garnish with chop almond and pistachio
