Ingredients
- Ghee – 4 teaspoons.
- Finger millets flour – 100 gm.
- Raisins – 10 numbers.
- Almonds – 8 numbers.
- Water – 300 ml.
- Jaggery – 100 gm.
- whole garam masala (Cinnamon Stick, Cardamom, Bay leave, Clove)
- Cardamom powder – 2 pinch.
- Green cinnamon Powder A pinch.
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan and add finger millets flour and roast it.
- To it add raisins, almonds, roast it for 1 minutes.
- Keep ready the prepared Syrup (Boil water in a pan and add jaggery, whole garam masala and boil it to make syrup).
- Add this syrup, cardamom powder And Cinnamon to above finger millet mixture pan and mix nicely.
- Cook it for 3-4 minutes, by stirring so that it forms a nice single mass. Garnish with chop almond and pistachio
